This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach townhome/condo accommodates up to 8 persons. This bi-level condo offers 1600 sq feet of living space and easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, bars and beach shops. Enjoy gulf and intracoastal AND gulf water views from this condo.. A large family, dining and kitchen combo area provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out. An updated kitchen offers dishwasher, stove/ microwave, breakfast bar and comfortably equipped for a vacation stay. Sit outside on TWO private balconies, sipping your drink or enjoying a meal at the patio table. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry closet. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with sliders to a private balcony offering stunning gulf views and sunsets; a private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo; a spacious walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and cable tv; the second bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, nightstand; the third bedroom offers two twin beds and dresser. Plus, a updated hall bath of glass enclosure, step in rain bath shower.

Condo amenities: coffee pot, beach towels/chairs, linen/towels, hair dryer, cable/internet.
Complex: pool, easy beach access right out front of building, small fishing dock, charcoal grill.

Condo can be rented for short vacation stays or seasonal stays(w/additional security deposit); no smoking, pets, parties/events allowed. Must be 25 years or older to reserve, and be an occupant during the reservation stay.

Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.

Relaxing Spring Break

"The location and price of this condo is fantastic! The beach is across the street but there is a crosswalk right out front so it really is a short walk. Our favorite place, Publix, is a short walk (there are even carts ready by the staircase) and has a trolley stop to head down to John’s Pass. The inflatable water slide on the beach was a hit with our crew. Dunkin Donuts and some pretty great ice cream spots all a couple stop lights away and easy to walk to from the condo. We also visited Sloppy Joes at least twice and may have popped into CJs for a drink and a spin on the slot machine. The dock in the back was peaceful to sit and watch the boats go by. We got some great pictures out there and spent time everyday just dangling our feet over the sides. Personally, I would have loved fishing poles/equipment to be accessible but didn’t see that offered. The condo was great for the most part. The 2 levels makes it nice for allowing people to go to bed or take showers without interrupting those watching tv (so sad Game Show Network isn’t part of the network!) or playing board games downstairs. The stairs are carpeted for quiet entry/exit and really did not hear footsteps or noises between levels. Our favorite part is definitely having 2 balconies to relax on. There’s just something about drinking coffee while watching the ocean. The closet full of beach supplies was very handy! It would be great to have some chairs not so low to the ground. I’m 48 and fairly active but getting in and out of the low to ground chairs in sand is not easy or graceful. While there are things that could be improved, I’d consider all of them to be minor inconveniences and definitely didn’t dampen our vacation or make any of us not want to return. It was a relaxing week in a great location and a spacious and clean condo. Our crew is just about ready to book again for next year and hopefully this location will be open for our spring break week.
